DUE TO THE NATURE OF CONFERENCE, IT IS NECESSARY TO IMPOSE THE FOLLOWING REFUND POLICY:
Refund Deadline - January 5th, 2019 at 11:59 pm ET
If you have registered and paid for a conference ticket but no longer can attend conference, you must contact the Registration committee (email@example.com) with your name.
Before January 5th, 2019, if you email the Registration committee with your name and Venmo and/or Paypal information, you may receive a refund. You will be refunded your ticket price, minus a cancellation fee of $15. For example, if you paid $75 for your early bird ticket, you will receive a refund of $60.
Starting January 5th, 2019, you will not receive a refund. Your spot will then be forfeited to someone on the waitlist from your school, and you cannot delegate who you would like to replace your spot. If you are from out of region, your spot will go to the next person on the waitlist also from out of region.
