Our team of business managers, search managers, analysts, and software developers work together to provide industry-leading support to the best brands on Amazon. Flywheel are headquartered in Baltimore in the United States and have recently set up a European hub in London. In 2018 Flywheel was acquired by Ascential PLC.

We're looking for an Intern to join our team in Baltimore as part of our Client Services function. You must be expecting to graduate between December 2022 and June 2023 to be eligible for this paid internship.

Role Overview:

  • Perks of paid internship include world class training program, mentorship opportunities, communication experience, hands-on business experience, dog-friendly office, and variety of company sponsored social and community service events

  • This is a Summer 2022 Internship program. Spring and Fall 2022 internships are not available at this time

  • Recruitment and application consideration will be on a continuous basis throughout early Spring 2022

  • To be eligible for our Internship program, you must be expecting to graduate between December of 2022 and June 2023

  • Must be able to come into the Baltimore or Seattle office during the Summer internship program

  • Available to fully participate in our 12-week internship program from May 30 through August 19 and intern 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

  • The Client Services internship will give you the opportunity to partner with both our client service teams and learn eCommerce platforms and strategies from the ground up

  • Interns will assist one of the following teams: Retail or Media

  • On the retail side you'll join our Business Managers and Retail Specialists in promoting our clients' eCommerce businesses on Amazon by learning and executing strategies that drive the discoverability, traffic, and conversion for thousands of products from top brands on the Amazon platform

  • On the media side, you'll join our Media Managers and Media Specialists to create and execute paid search and display advertising campaigns for our clients on eCommerce platforms

  • Flywheel’s internship program gives you the opportunity to learn and experience working with eCommerce, digital advertising, data analytics, promotional planning, content creation, profitability and profit and loss management

It is a website containing the latest in sports news formed by 16 editions; Spain, United States, United Kingdom, Singapore, Italy, France, Argentina, Uruguay, Brazil, Portugal, Germany, Mexico, Colombia, Peru, Ecuador, Venezuela and an edition representing Middle Eastern countries.

Intern will get sports journalism/journalism experience and maybe even photography/videography as well.

ILF Civic Fellowship Program

2022 ILF Civic Fellowship Program – Now Accepting Applications!

The International Leadership Foundation (ILF) is now accepting applications for the Summer 2022 Civic Fellowship Program. We encourage undergraduate students of Asian Americans, Native Hawaiians, and/or Pacific Islanders heritage to consider applying for the opportunity to work full-time for 8-10 weeks at a federal agency, the U.S. Congress, or a nonprofit organization/think tank. Students may also secure their own non-paid public service internship and apply to the Civic Fellowship Program as a scholarship.

In addition to their part-time federal internships, Civic Fellows attend professional development workshops, speaker series and leadership training programs. ILF staff will also mentor and coach students throughout their internship program.

“One of ILF’s goals is to prepare and advocate for the next generation of leaders in public service,” shared Chairman of ILF Dr. Paul Hsu. “It is so important to increase exposure and understanding of civic engagement so that young leaders can take action to support their communities in relevant ways.”

Based on the interests and majors of selected Civic Fellowship candidates, ILF helps place fellows in public service internships as well as supports those who have already secured a non-paid internship. ILF has previously placed fellows with the Dept. of Treasury, U.S. Agency for International Development, Minority Business Development Agency, EXIM Bank, National Institute of Health, the White House
Initiative on Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders, Federal Aviation Administration, Dept. of Labor, Small Business Administration, Hudson Institute, and several Congressional and Senate offices. We welcome and encourage current undergraduate students of all majors.

CAPAL Internships

CAPAL Public Service Internship

CAPAL’s Public Service Internship Program places undergraduate and graduate students within the public sector in the Washington, DC area and throughout the United States. Intern duties may include policy or scientific research, project coordination and management, business, law, communications, and more. Placements may be in rural or urban areas, such as Alaska, Delaware, and California. In addition to their internship requirements, interns will participate in CAPAL’s programming such as the Washington Leadership Program, be paired with professional mentors based on similar field interests, and reflect on their internships with other CAPAL interns and scholars during regular cohort sessions. Applicants are asked to specify their placement preferences on the application, and those selected will be placed based on their interests and skills. These internships are open to ALL MAJORS.

Deadlines & Applications

Applications for the 2022 summer program will open Monday, November 1 and close on Monday, February 14 11:59 pm ET. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis. The online application must include all of the following components.

  • Application form

  • Personal statement (750 works max)

  • One-page resume

  • Current official or unofficial transcript

  • Letter of recommendation

Application Review

  • The application review process will begin in January, and final applicants will be invited to interview with CAPAL and a potential internship placement office throughout the upcoming weeks

Eligibility

• Only currently enrolled students are eligible for an internship or scholarship through CAPAL.
• U.S. citizenship is not required for CAPAL’s Public Service internships. Permanent residents, and in some instances, interns with appropriate work visas, are eligible to apply. Specific citizenship and residency requirements may vary by federal agency. CAPAL’s scholarships, however, are open to all students, regardless of residency or citizenship status.

Requirements

• Fulfill responsibilities of a full-time internship within assigned public service organization.
• Attend all sessions of CAPAL’s Washington Leadership Program (WLP) as well as other summer events designated as required.
• Collaborate with assigned Community Action Project (CAP) team to create a finished project to be presented at CAPAL’s annual Closing Ceremony.
• Attend regular cohort sessions.
• Meet regularly with a paired mentor who matches the intern’s areas of interest, and complete a mentorship plan.

  • Targeting current college juniors for GS-4 grade level (1199 series)

  • Top interns are offered additional work opportunities during the school year, with the potential to be converted to full-time employees and start the 22-month FAS 360 program in the summer of 2023
