Viet Toon would like to introduce and invite you to see a new art exhibit entitled “Vietnam – A Valiant People.” Our art exhibit consists of over 60 paintings illustrating Vietnam’s most famous heroes and heroines over the past two thousand years (from An Duong Vuong to the Nguyen Dynasty).
This art exhibit is currently on display at Eden Center (in the Clock Tower Building). The artworks are in the hallway areas of the building with the main art gallery being in Shop # 5 (behind the Dupont Jewelry store). Viet Toon is dedicated to preserving and promoting the Viet culture and heritage. Viet Toon was started by a group of Viet American friends in the Washington, D.C. area who enjoy reading and discussing Viet history, literature, and poetry. In particular, we care about the younger generations of Viet Americans and their knowledge of the Viet culture. Our aspiration is to reach out and assist the younger generations of Viet Americans rediscover the beauty of their cultural identity.
